You also need a good quantity of vegetables and fruits. In addition, small quantities of moderate or low fat proteins like poultry, fish, lean meat and pulses should be included in your diet. Avoid eating high-fat protein like fatty meats, dairy product and cheese. Ideally, include only a small quantity of oil like corn or olive oil. A balance and variety intake of Health Nutrition is the primary element of a healthy diet. However, the best way to ensure adequate quantities of all the essential nutrients is the intake of a wide variety of food products.
